Booking Policy
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. This deposit goes toward your total service cost and protects my time, since I turn away other clients once your date is booked.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand plans change! I’m happy to reschedule your appointment one time at no extra charge, as long as I’m notified at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations or reschedules within 7 days of your appointment will require a new deposit to rebook.
Lateness
Please arrive on time — a 5-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled (with a new deposit) to avoid affecting clients booked after you.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of service, before or immediately after the appointment, via [cash/Venmo/Zelle— fill in your preference].
Trials (Bridal Clients)
Trials are strongly recommended for all brides and are booked and paid for separately from the wedding-day service. Travel fees apply outside of Brooklyn and will be quoted based on location before booking is confirmed.
Health & Safety
Please reschedule if you have any active skin infections, cold sores, eye infections, or contagious illness on the day of your appointment, for both our safety.
